We are finally getting some beautiful spring weather in Maine and the last few bits of snow have melted. We were able to spend lots of time outdoors yesterday, playing ball, riding bikes, and taking a walk through the woods. I hope you had a wonderful weekend with your family as well!
Last week, I introduced you to a simplified way to order your days: the 4 P’s. I know, not the most clever title, but hey it is simple and to the point! In case you missed it, you can read it here, and here is the summarized version:
::Prayer- Beginning each day out in His Word and taking time to pray for your day, your family, and your heart
::Prioritize- Get your day off to a great start by setting priorities first thing in the morning, otherwise known as a morning routine
::Planning- Take some time to write to-do list for today, know what you are having for dinner, and plan some goals for the week
::Progress- Choose a simple project to progress through this week. Is there a cluttered closet, a overflowing drawer, or another area of your home that needs a little TLC? Pick a project and plan to tackle it. Don’t forget to share your progress with us!
Recently I shared how I have come up with a workable cleaning schedule for my home. You can read about that here and here. I also have a daily to do list that I created for myself to use each day. And because you asked, I have uploaded it for you to use as well. Download my Daily To Do List here. There is one with my lists on it, and a blank one for you to fill in yourself. Use whichever one suits you the best! Later on today I will share specifically how I use this form and Lord willing, I will be uploading more of my homemaking forms this week and will create a resource section to keep them all in. Happy Homemaking!
Want to join in the fun? You can jump in here anytime, just be sure to leave your blog post for the Homemakers Haven link in the Mr. Linky below, and leave a comment too! If you want more info on how to join, visit here! I’ll be back later to share my progress and some pictures as well! Have a great day!

That’s a great list! I do all of those things to make my way through the day. It is now looking like I am doing it more in a planned manner.
I have no other choice other than to say that “I Admit that the post is truly amazing.”

I LOVE your list! I think the font is so cute. Your tips are truly an inspirations.
I continue working on decluttering and repurposing (is that a word?) the playroom. My goal is to get the west side of the room set up for the grandkids; then i will work on the east side of the room (aka ‘the scary closet’ area) LOL
